Age: 60-year-old
mri

Left temporal well defined extra-axial space occupying lesion of persistent dark signal on all sequences with no post contrast enhancement. it compresses the adjacent temporal lobe. No perifocal edema.

Left temporal heavily calcified well defined extra-axial mass attached to the left temporal bone in keeping with burnt out/calcified meningioma.
