Bursa exostosis

Radiograph shows a bony outgrowth from scapula. In AP view, it is seen near medial scapular border.
In the other ( beam right angle to scapular swelling ) view a seperate calcification is noted along with soft tissue calcification.

Ultrasound shows an encapsulate collection between exostosis tip and chest wall.
Case Discussion
The findings of xray and ultrasound in a 30 Y/O patient with non-traumatic right scapular region swelling are compatible with bursa exostosis. There is also scapular exostosis at medial border of right scapula.
