Right lower abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Thick-walled diverticulum arising from the anterior aspect of the cecum with surrounding fat stranding and thickening with enhancement of the adjacent peritoneal reflections. Other small diverticula arising from the posterior aspect of the cecum are noted. No signs of perforation or free fluid in the peritoneal cavity.

Normal retrocecal appendix.

Normal appearance of the terminal ileum.

Small left adrenal incidentaloma (12 mm).
