70 Y/O female with chronic constipation

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Female

Increased wall thickness is seen at cecum ; also there is a large hypodense ( fat density ) mass in pelvis with bladder compression .

Case Discussion

Caecal tumoural involvement ( Histology : adenocarcinoma ) and  a large pelvic mass with fat density ( Histology : lipoma ) are seen in a 71 Y/O patient with chronic constipation and recent weight loss.
