Cecal tumor with large pelvic lipoma

Increased wall thickness is seen at cecum ; also there is a large hypodense ( fat density ) mass in pelvis with bladder compression .
Case Discussion
Cecal tumoral involvement ( Histology : adenocarcinoma ) and a large pelvic mass with fat density ( Histology : lipoma ) are seen in this patient with chronic constipation and recent weight loss.
