Findings was changed:

The uterus is retroverted with a single live intrauterine pregnancy.

The gestational sac is located in the lower uterine segment and demonstrates small extension into the Caesarean scar. 

The gestational sac does not slide on probe pressure.

The CRL measures 12.5mm with a mean sac diameter of 37mm (7w2d).

The foetalfetal heart rate measures approximately 140bpm.
