Road traffic accident four years ago with recent worsening of ankle pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Chronic healed fracture of middle to posterior third of calcaneum with fracture line cranially just missing the posterior talocalcaneal articular margin. Mild edema along the fracture line margins. Mild talar effusion. Mild ankle edema.
