Fall from height

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

There is evidence of intra-articular severely comminuted fractures of right calcaneus. 
Talus bone is normal.
Rest of the tarsals as well as metatarsals are normal.
Phalanges are clear.

Case Discussion

Severely comminuted fracture of the right calcaneus favoring Sanders type 4 classification.
