There is a well delineated lucent lesion in the calcaneus with a narrow zone of transition. There are no central calcifications. There is no fracture. Appearances are most suggetsive of a unicameral bone cyst.

Routine follow up radiograph 4 years later, demonstrates the well-delineated cystic lesion, which appears larger, but likely proportionate to the patient's interval growth. No radiographic aggressive features.
