Presentation
Pain and swelling at the left ankle and calcaneus for one hour after falling down from 2 metres of height standing on his foot with no twisted ankle. Diffused swelling over both sides of the left ankle with tenderness over the ankle and calcaneus.

Bohler angle: is the angle between two lines tangent to the calcaneus on the lateral radiograph. These lines are drawn tangent to the anterior and posterior aspects of the superior calcaneus.
