Presentation

History of fall in camp yesterday, on examination: tenderness- sole of left foot, more in the calcaneus.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

The X-ray shows a fracture in the left calcaneal bone posteromedial aspect, more clearly on the axial view.

Polydactyly is seen also.

Congenital synostosis between the lateral cuneiform and the base of the third metatarsal.

Polydactyly is a congenital disorder, may be isolated or associated with aneuploidy syndromic or non-aneuploidy syndromic.

Mostly diagnosed in the uterine life.
