Gender: Male

 Radioopaque densities are noted at the level of transverse process of L4 vertebra on both sides.

Case Discussion

Right sided mid ureteric calculus.

Left sided mesenteric lymph node calcification. Fluoroscopy was carried out to rule out subcutaneous calcification.
