Intermittent painful shoulder for over a year.

Modality: X-ray

Calcific focus projects over the greater tuberosity, in the expected course of the supraspinatus tendon. 

Modality: Ultrasound

Ultrasound confirms calcific supraspinatus tendinitis. 

Case Discussion

Calcific tendinitis is a relative common presentation of rotator cuff injuries.
