Massive calcifications at the insertion of the infraspinatus muscle with related marrow edema of the humeral head.
Case Discussion
The infraspinatus tendon is a relatively uncommon site of calcific tendinitis of the shoulder, the supraspinatus tendon being the commonest site for it.
