Intrasubstance linear T1 and T2 hypointense signal at the distal part of supraspinatus tendon just proximal to its insertion, consistent with calcific focus.
Case Discussion
Calcific deposit in the region of the supraspinatus tendon, in a patient with acute shoulder pain. Findings are consistent with calcific tendinitis.
