Left sided skull 'bump'

Skull x-rays

A smooth ossified sessile lump is seen arising form the left parietal bone. The skull appears otherwise normal. 

Case Discussion

Typical appearances of a cephalohaematoma, which should not be mistaken for an aggressive bone lesion.
