Left calvarial durally based mass with low signal in T1, high signal in T2 and FLAIR with central focus of low signal likely calcification. Mild enhancement in post contrast study and diffusion restriction in DWI except the calcific focus.

Due to frequent high cellularity, meningiomas often demonstrate high signal on DWI. ADC map (not present here) showed low signal denoted true water molecular movement  restriction.
