Calcified right prearticular disc herniation at T9-T10 level, compressing the thecal sac and probably the root of right T10 spinal nerve. The nucleus pulposus shows calcifications contiguous with the herniation.
Arthritic changes in the costovertebral and costotransverse joints.
Right and left anterior vertebral osteophytes, more prominent on the right.
Small left Bochdalek hernia (see coronal reformation) containing fat.
