Single calcified mass with popcorn like calcification seen over the left hemipelvis, representing a calcified uterine leiomyoma.
Case Discussion
Concomitant ultrasound was also conducted (images are not shown) that ascertains uterine leiomyoma. Leiomyomas are usually recognised as soft tissue density lesions and may demonstrate coarse peripheral or central popcorn calcifications. They may distorts smooth uterine contour.
