Incidental finding.

Patient Data

Age: 85
Gender: Female
X-ray

Calcified radiodensities in the right upper quadrant represent gallstones.

Bowel gas pattern is unremarkable. Thoracolumbar scoliosis and advanced degenerative change of both hip joints. 

Case Discussion

Calcified gallstones are a common incidental finding on both chest and abdomen radiographs.
