Presentation

History of Head and Neck Squamous cell cancer 12 years ago. History of radiation therapy and chemotherapy.

Patient Data

Age: 66
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

 Hilar, mediastinal and parenchymal calcification's are seen.

Modality: CT

Calcified lymph nodes are seen in abdomen.

Case Discussion

We do not have pre treatment radiographs.

One should go through the differential of calcified lymph nodes mentally and based on provided history use the best one as the top one.

Differential diagnosis given SCC of head and neck, treated lymph nodes can calcify as per reference below.
