CT scan through the brain demonstrates no acute abnormality. On the right, a rounded density with peripheral calcification appears to be in continuity with the right M1 segment.
Case Discussion
A calcified rounded lesion within the course of the right MCA may be interpreted as calcified MCA aneurysm.
