Calcified mediastinal lymph nodes - treated lymphoma

There is an ovoid calcified mass within the anterior mediastinum. The cardiomediastinal contours are normal. The lungs and pleural spaces are clear. No suspicious bone lesions.

Case Discussion

Calcified mediastinal lymph nodes are non-specific and have a broad differential diagnosis. Note that this is a young patient with normal lungs and pleura and the mass is in the anterior mediastinum. She has a previous history of treated mediastinal lymphoma
