Presentation

Sustained a fall, hit the occipital region. Dull headache upon presentation, no neurological deficit. Fracture/IC bleeding?

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

  • An incidental, calcified right frontal extraaxial mass can be discerned with reactive thickening of the adjacent calvarium. No sign of perifocal edema, or infiltrative growth. 
  • No cerebral or bony trauma (bone algorithm multiplanar recons not shown).
