The CT scan demonstrates a well-circumscribed calcified mass of intervesicouterine location, attached to the anterior uterine wall through a stalk well-visualized on sagittal reconstruction.
Case Discussion
CT features most consistent with a calcified subserosal leiomyoma.
The main differential diagnosis is a calcified gossypiboma which is excluded in this case since the patient has no history of previous surgery.
