One week history of right upper quadrant abdominal pain

A 6 cm sized popcorn calcification in the right pelvis is characteristic of a calcified fibroid.

Case Discussion

60-year-old female who presented with right upper abdominal pain and tenderness for one week. The X-ray revealed a uterine fibroid with popcorn calcification. CT was done for further evaluation, which discovered 3 cm indeterminate liver mass (not shown here). The calcified uterine fibroid with popcorn calcification was confirmed.
