Coronal PD fat sat

Distended posterior tibial vena comitans at the proximal calf with intraluminal filling defect, reflecting deep vein thrombosis.
A filling defect is also noted at the short saphenous vein, reflecting superficial venous thrombosis.

MRI images demonstrate right lower extremity superficial and deep vein thrombosis.
