Hard lump at the right parietal region.

Expansile lesion with ground-glass appearance of the right parietal bone arising mainly from the external table of the skull with no cortical breach or soft tissue component.

Normal appearance of the cerebral parenchyma and posterior fossa structures. Normal ventricular system.
