Calvarial fracture

There is a minimally displaced fracture of the right frontal bone, with suggestion of only traversing the outer table of the calvarium. There is overlying subcutaneous emphysema and minute scalp swelling/hemorrhage. There is no intracranial hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
This is a case of a calvarial fracture.
The patient was seen by neurosurgery in the emergency department. The calvarial fracture was treated conservatively. He was discharged and has been lost to follow up.
