Calyceal diverticula

No radiographic evidence of solid neoplasm or lymphoproliferative disease.
Pair of calyceal diverticula in right kidney, containing tiny calculi.
Small simple cyst in the upper pole.
Stomach dilated by copious amount of food.
Aorta lined by irregular atheromatous plaque.
Case Discussion
Incidentally noted calyceal diverticula in the right kidney. Each diverticulum exhibits a contrast material level in the late (excretory) phase, proof of connection to the collecting system.
