A cystic structure measuring about 7×8 cm is seen in the right kidney which fills with contrast in the excretory phase compatible with a calyceal diverticulum.

Ultrasound images demonstrate some internal echoes within the diverticulum which may be compatible with infection.
Case Discussion
Calyceal diverticula are relatively uncommon and are often found incidentally, but can be symptomatic due to stone formation or recurrent urinary tract infection.
