Multiple radio-opaque shadows (stones) overlying the right upper quadrant.
The remainder of the abdominal x-ay is unremarkable.

Small right renal cystic lesion with posterior dependent calculi within. This would suggest this lesion is a calyceal diverticulum.
Case Discussion
The patient presented with right flank pain and she had an abdominal x-ray that showed multiple radio-opaque stones overlying right kidney and confirmed on ultrasound as a calyceal diverticulum.
A calyceal diverticulum complicated by dependent calculi appears echogenic on ultrasound with acoustic shadows.
