The mother of this infant went to the doctor for a right-sided pelvic swelling. The doctor referred the infant to the radiology clinic to confirm a right inguinal hernia as a primary diagnosis. The ultrasound examination revealed a right-sided hernia of the canal of Nuck containing the entire uterus and the right adnexa.
