Presentation

Known case of left breast CA, post-mastectomy status.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Numerous soft-tissue attenuating large, round lesions of variable size are scattered throughout both lungs. Right side mild pleural effusion.

Multiple enlarged mediastinal and bilateral hilar lymph nodes.

Bilateral axillary enlarged lymph nodes.

Multiple (at least 5) low attenuating ill-defined lesions in the liver.
