Know case of renal cell carcinoma.

Multiple well defined nodules and masses without cavitation in both lungs are highly suggestive for metastases.

Cannonball metastases refer to multiple extensive, well-circumscribed, round pulmonary metastases that appear not unsurprisingly like cannonballs.
