Multiple, large, well-circumscribed lesions are seen in the lung parenchyma bilaterally.

Multiple well-circumscribed rounded pulmonary nodules of varying sizes are seen scattered in all lobes, with a characteristic cannon-ball appearance. Large left-sided anterior mediastinal mass also noted.
Case Discussion
Radical orchiectomy of the right-sided testicular mass was performed. Histological analysis confirmed pure choriocarcinoma.
Pulmonary metastases of choriocarcinoma have a characteristic appearance, colloquially referred to as cannonball lesions.
