- significantly enlarged uterus with heterogeneous enhancement and areas of hypervascularity (known case of choriocarcinoma)
- congestion of the pelvic veins
Case Discussion
Cannonball metastases are common in choriocarcinoma. Choriocarcinoma is a hypervascular tumor and uterine choriocarcinoma is usually associated with congestion of the pelvic veins.
