Shortness of breath.

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Frontal and lateral chest radiographs showing innumerable bilateral pulmonary masses and nodules with no zonal predominance, in keeping with pulmonary metastases.

This patient has a known history of infiltrating ductal carcinoma of the left breast.
