Carcinoma gallbladder with multiple liver metastases

Presentation

Right upper quadrant pain.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Heterogenous enhancing wall thickening of the gallbladder neck and loss of fat planes with the adjacent liver. Multiple hepatic metastases.

The rest of the abdominal organs are within normal limits.

Case Discussion

Histopathology from one of the hepatic metastases showed adenocarcinoma from the gallbladder. The patient received chemotherapy.
