Chest tightness. Recent 12 hour train trip. Tachycardiac. D-Dimer 0.97 localised inspiratory and expiratory wheeze left lung

Patient Data

Age: 69 years
Gender: Male

Several calcified granulomata both lungs likely past chickenpox-pneumonia. Bulky left hilum which is more dense than the right.
