MLO and CC views of the right breast. The density which is palpable is visible on both views. Not how this density differs from the examples of gynecomastia on this site: the mass is almost distinct from the nipple whereas in gynecomastia the broad based triangular density cuddles up closely to the posterior aspect of the nipple.

A solid lesion with a thin fluid margin. On ultrasound quite well defined whereas on mammogram the margins looked slightly shaggy.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound guided core biopsy confirmed an IDC of the right breast.
As a general rule of thumb, in the male breast, if its not gynecomastia, put a needle in it.
