Presentation

Vaginal bleeding.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is a 15*25*28 mm abnormal signal enhancing solid mass lesion limited to the cervix uteri on the right side abutting the serosal surface that shows water restriction on DWI images 

No evidence of suspicious regional lymph nodes

Sub serosal myoma measuring about 17*18 mm along with uterus right posterolateral wall 

Intramural myoma measuring about 20*28 mm along with uterine fundus 

Intramural submucosal myoma measuring about 8*10 mm along with uterine anterior wall. 

Case Discussion

Stage IB2 cervical cancer according to the FIGO staging system. 

The histopathology report after biopsy of cervical mass: squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix.
