Carcinoma of the cervix (probable)

Cervical lip and endocervical canal are not distinctly identified. There is presence of a homogeneous solid mass lesion replacing cervix. It shows vascularity.
Anechoic collection is noted in endometrial canal of uterine body.
RIGHT ureter is engulfed by the lesion causing right hydroureter and hydronephrosis.
Rest of the abdomen was normal.
Case Discussion
Findings are very much suggestive of neoplatic malignent mass lesion of uterine cervix with involvement of right lower ureter.
Histopathology is NOT available.
