History of bi-atrial enlargement, biventricular hypertrophy, systolic and diastolic dysfunction on echocardiogram. Cardiac MRI was positive for an infiltrative cardiomyopathy.

The ROI ratio is 1.9 (> 1.5 is positive).
Case Discussion
The patient is waiting for myocardial biopsy for corrective treatment. Work up for myeloma and systemic amyloidosis is negative.
