Huge cardiomegaly is present, accompanied by mild pericardial effusion.
Ascending aorta and main pulmonary artery trunk are dilated and measured 50 mm and 43 mm, respectively.
Mild pulmonary parenchymal collapse is seen at pericardiac segments. There are also several atelectatic bands scattered bilaterally.
In addition, several dominant lymph nodes are seen at the upper mediastinum.
