There are multiple hypodense liver lesions mostly cystic which tend to communicate with biliary tree. Some of these lesions show central hyperdense foci giving the appearance of central dot sign.
Minimal dilatation within the biliary radicals.
Single left kidney with proximal ureteric stone and changes of obstructive uropathy.
