Presentation

Left anterior triangular painless mass.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years

A peripherally thrombosed and centrally contrast pooling pseudo-aneurysmal cavity in the left cervical region communicating with the upper part of the left common carotid artery measuring about 6.7cm x 7.3cm x 7cm.
The rest of the cervical major vessels are normal.
Infra-centimetric left cervical chain lymph nodes are seen.

Note is made for a nodule in the right lobe of thyroid gland
