Carotid body and jugulotympanic paragangliomas

Large well-circumscribed vividly enhancing right upper cervical soft tissue mass of parapharyngeal location, splaying the internal and external carotid arteries (lyre sign).
Another small jugulotympanic vividly enhancing soft tissue mass is noted, extending medially to the jugular foramen, superiorly to the tympanic cavity and external auditory canal and posterosuperiorly to the mastoid with osteolysis.
