An 18 mm vividly enhancing vascular lesion splaying the internal and external carotid and the right, characteristic of a carotid body tumor. Arteriovenous shunting is noted. This has not significantly increased over the past 3 years (previous study not shown).
Remainder of the study is unremarkable.
