Painless left upper neck mass

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Left upper cervical mass splaying the internal and external carotid arteries (lyre sign). It elicits an isosignal to muscle on T1, inhomogeneous high signal on T2 with salt and pepper appearance and vivid enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
